Peach Vanilla Jam

peach jam

Peaches are ripe now and in season so it’s a perfect time to make Peach Jam. I am loving my jam maker and the creativity that goes into making jam. The recipe below is for my jam maker but if you don’t have a jam maker, check out this link to make the jam on your stove top. Use the ingredients as guide and experiment yourself with different flavors. I like to make small batches of jam to give out as gifts or store in the fridge. If you know how to can, double or triple the recipe and store.

Kid Friendly Tips: Kids can help out by “pulsing” the peaches in the food processor and adding the ingredients. Have your child pick their own spices and flavors to add to the jam. The jam is great on toast, muffins, or with almond butter. Great to give as gifts!
